Our Team

Our first step in the home-selling process is meeting with our clients to get a better understanding of who you are and how to exceed your greatest expectations. This can easily be done virtually through a Zoom meeting (or any other video software–we don’t discriminate.) During this meeting, we will also virtually tour the home to get a better understanding of the layout and how to properly price it on the market.

Any document that needs to be signed in the process of selling a home–an agency agreement, contracts, disclosures, etc.–it all can be done using electronic signature technology. Not sure what you’re signing? Don’t stress about it. We can easily hop onto a video/call and go over the legal jargon with you.

To gain a better understanding of your home, we will schedule a time that’s convenient for you so we can conduct a personal walkthrough of the property. This is done to decipher if any staging or upgrades are needed. This step will be executed safely and with the utmost respect for you and your family’s safety.

We use a top-notch photographer to produce quality images of your home so we can properly market it to potential buyers. We also provide the option to contract a virtual touring software that allows prospectors the option of a 360° tour of your home.

To best keep you and your family safe, we keep a strict schedule when it comes to showings. To limit the number of people in your home, we’ve confined all showings into time blocks throughout the week. We understand trying to find ways to entertain yourself outside your home isn’t always easy–especially during a pandemic. This is our personal effort to keep your uncertainty to a minimum.

We understand that allowing strangers into your home during a time like this can be nerve-wracking. So to allow our clients some peace of mind, we require all showings to adhere to strict guidelines, such as keeping hands within pockets, refraining from touching door handles and/or other surfaces, and to be generous with hand sanitizer.

Once under contract, we will work with the opposite agent to ensure all earnest money is properly transferred to the title company. We can equip mobile runners to help in this endeavor if you’d like, but we also recommend digital wiring in this scenario.

We can make accommodations for a mobile notary to bring the closing documents directly to your doorstep (think legal DoorDash). If paying in cash, there is always the option of virtually closing with conference software and electronic signing technology.

This is the fun part. Here we will use our agent expertise to pull properties for your consideration. (Imagine Pinterest, but real.) This can easily be done virtually where we will receive your preferences and opinions through surveys, disclosures, market statistics, or just a nice conversation about your dream home ideas.

If you are concerned about attending showings, we offer a virtual alternative that would allow you to view and experience the home from the comfort of your living room couch! This can be done using Zoom or any other video recording software as we virtually (and personally) walk you through the homes of your choosing.

We work closely with our preferred inspection company to ensure our buyers’ due diligence is executed swiftly and efficiently. Once an inspector has thoroughly checked the home, they will provide a detailed digital report of their findings.
